Expect the interviewer to ask what you know about the company. Have a few key points ready but don’t trot out a rehearsed speech.
Sounding knowledgeable and natural will give you a strong start, and you’ll feel more confident about the rest of the interview.
You’re going to be asked lots of questions. Think of some short answers to these examples: Why do you want the job? What are your strengths and weaknesses? What could you bring to the role?

People can make up their minds about you very quickly, so your appearance matters. Ensure you are smartly dressed even if the role won’t require it on a day-to-day basis. How you present yourself at an interview shows you are taking this application seriously.
Keys, wallet, phone – check! Don’t forget to turn up with a copy of your CV and the job specification. Take ID and certificates of your qualifications if you’re asked to.
Don’t let the interviewer start tapping their watch. Make the right impression by turning up on time. Check the route and find out, how long it should take. If you are driving, find out whether there is on-site parking. A well-planned trip will reduce your stress levels and help you relax before the interview.
Your CV needs to include technical content that demonstrates you have the ability and experience in a technical role. We suggest you include as much technical content in relation to hardware and software that you are familiar with.
